UBC Precision Bearing Co., Ltd. has established its R&D and manufacturing base in the Changshu National New & Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone, Suzhou, covering an area of 38,000 square meters. The UBC R&D Center drives continuous innovation, enabling the company to meet the growing demand for advanced bearing designs and cutting-edge manufacturing technologies.

UBC’s Suzhou facility specializes in the production of roller bearings, serving a wide range of industries including air compressors, RV speed reducers for robotics, gearboxes, axles, wind turbine pitch and yaw systems, construction machinery, and other heavy industrial applications.

Cylindrical roller bearings are designed for high radial load applications, since the rolling elements are ground to provide maximum contact with the raceway and are precisely crowned to avoid edge stress due to any shaft misalignment. The bearing design varies in single row, double row, multi-row, with cage or full complement structure. Cylindrical roller bearing with cage are suitable for applications with high load and high speed, while bearings with full complement design can incorporate a maximum number of rollers and therefore suitable for very heavy radial loads at moderate speeds. Most of cylindrical roller bearings are designed with separable inner ring or outer ring, which is easy for mounting and dismounting.
The inner and outer ring raceways of deep groove ball bearings are arc-shaped deep grooves, which can withstand radial loads and biaxial axial loads. They are suitable for high-speed rotation and are one of the most widely used bearings.  The deep groove ball bearings produced by UBC adopted with vacuum degassed steel and advanced heat treatment technology. The material is more resistant to fatigue and deformation than ordinary products. The whole series are adopted with G10 grade or above rolling elements and high-quality grease. The UBC deep groove ball bearing’s tolerance is generally narrowed by 2-3μm from ISO standards and the vibration and noise level are one level stricter than ISO standards.
UBC Ball Screws
Taper roller bearings are roller bearings with conical rollers. These bearings are designed to support heavy radial loads and heavy thrust loads in one direction. Taper roller bearings are generally separable. The cone, consisting of the inner ring with rollers assembly, can be mounted separately from the cup (outer ring). Both metric series of ISO standard and inch series of AFBMA standard are available. Single-row, double-row, four-row and customized design are also available.
Bearing unit is of a double sealed ball bearing installed in a housing, which is convenient for installation. The outer diameter of the bearing is spherical, so the bearing has a certain self-aligning performance in design, and is suitable for the shaft alignment of the mounting. The bearing design has a two-lip-seal that can operate in harsh environments.  The housings are casted with gray cast iron, and come in a wide variety of configurations, including vertical housing (P type), square housing (F type), boss square housing (FS type), boss circular housing (FC type), diamond housing (FL type), ring housing (C type), slider housing (T type), etc. The bearing can be fixed onto the shaft either by set screw or by adapter sleeves.

The spherical roller bearings have two rows of curved rollers and a sphered outer ring raceway, the two raceways of the inner ring are inclined at an angle with respect to the axis. This structure allows the bearing to have self-aligning properties and is suitable for applications with installation errors or shaft deflections. The bearing can support high radial load as well as axial load from both directions, and is suitable for vibration and shock applications.
