Vacuum Environment
When the Linear Ways are used in a vacuum environment, it is required that the gas discharged from the Linear Ways does not pollute the environment or reduce the degree of vacuum. Additionally, it must have excellent rust prevention properties, as rust-prevention oil cannot be used.
Liquid Crystal Lubricant
IKO developed the world's first LCL Linear Way prepacked with Liquid Crystal Lubricant, which significantly improved lubrication performance while generating low dust, exhibiting low evaporation, and exhibiting low outgassing. Since the lubricant's structure is completely different from that of grease, it dramatically improves the performance of linear motion rolling guides and bearing products used in special environments, resulting in increased reliability.

Stainless Steel Linear Way
IKO Linear Way lineup includes products with stainless steel parts instead of carbon steel. As stainless steel is more rust-resistant than carbon steel, it is optimal for applications where oil and rust-prevention oil are not preferred. It is also suitable for use in a cleanroom environment, so use IKO clean grease that helps prevent dust generation.
No End Seal
No End Seal specification replaces rubber seals with End pressure plates to eliminate outgassing and particle generation, ensuring stable, clean, and vacuum-compatible bearing performance.
Stainless Steel End Plates
The standard synthetic resin end plates are replaced with stainless steel end plates. The total length of the slide unit remains unchanged.
