The LCRB features press-formed inner and outer rings, enabling a significant reduction in mass while maintaining the high performance expected from IKO Crossed Roller Bearings. Like conventional crossed roller bearings, LCRB bearings can handle complex loads from any direction simultaneously, making them ideal for applications requiring high rigidity and precision.
By using specially heat-treated chromium molybdenum steel, the inner and outer rings achieve a weight reduction of 60% or more compared to conventional bearings of equivalent size. This lightweight design also makes the bearing easier to mount, helping reduce assembly time and
