IKO has developed a range of needle bearings that integrate our advanced C-Lube technology, aimed at reducing the oiling management responsibilities of our valued customers. The C-Lube series is incorporated into both needle bearings and linear motion rolling guides, offering the advantage of a maintenance-free solution with the right amount of lubrication for an extended duration.
Through a heat treatment process, the lubricating oil and ultra-high molecular weight polyolefin resin particles are solidified to occupy the internal space of the bearing. As the bearing rotates, the lubricating oil continuously ensures proper lubrication of the raceways and rolling elements, thereby providing long-lasting performance.
Our cam follower and roller follower needle roller bearings, as well as machined-type metric needle roller bearings, are available in maintenance-free C-Lube versions, ensuring a hassle-free experience for our customers.
